The People’s Committee of Bac Giang Province has issued Decision No. 959/QĐ-UBND on the establishment of Lan Son 2 Industrial Cluster, Luc Nam District, Bac Giang Province.
Accordingly, Lan Son 2 Industrial Cluster (IC) covers an area of 75 hectares, located in Lan Mau Commune and Yen Son Commune, Luc Nam District. Its boundaries are defined as follows: to the North, it borders agricultural land of Chinh Ha Village, Lan Mau Commune; to the South, it borders Provincial Road 293; to the East, it borders the residential area of Trai Hai Village, Yen Son Commune; and to the West, it borders a planned road and the residential area of Muoi Village, Lan Mau Commune.

The primary industries operating within Lan Son 2 IC include agricultural and food processing, medical equipment and instruments, mechanical engineering, electronic component manufacturing, supporting industries, and the relocation of certain craft village production facilities to minimize environmental pollution risks.
The project implementation schedule is divided into two phases:
- Phase 1 (2020–2022): Complete investment, construction, environmental, and land-use procedures; carry out site clearance and compensation; commence infrastructure construction, including the wastewater treatment plant; and attract secondary investors.
- Phase 2 (2022–2023): Complete all technical infrastructure in a synchronized manner and attract sufficient investment to achieve 100% occupancy of industrial land area.
The Decision specifies that the infrastructure developer and operator of Lan Son 2 — Dai Loi Real Estate Joint Stock Company — is responsible for developing an implementation plan, managing operations, and investing in IC infrastructure in accordance with the approved schedule and applicable state regulations.
The Department of Industry and Trade and the People’s Committee of Luc Nam District are responsible for overseeing the IC’s operations in full compliance with applicable state regulations.
